BRAND IDENTITY
A strong brand identity incorporates the Core and Visual Identity. A Brand’s Core Identity covers the DNA, emotional side of your brand and the expression of your company’s strategy in behavior, words, tonality, sound, presence, and style. The Visual Identity is the external image projected by your brand through all touch points. Creative direction will be defined for all brand materials, creative content, channels, and extensions. We have a very streamline process that allows for a smooth luxury experience for our clients and our team.
S T E P 1
Consultation
Every inquiry starts off with a consultation request submitted through our website. If we are a match, we will send you a link to book a brand consultation at the best time that works for you. After the consultation, you’ll be sent an online proposal, contract, and invoice for the package that best fits your needs. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase the package with a 50% deposit to secure your place on our 1-month waiting list. In the meantime, you’ll receive a Welcome Packet to welcome you to our circle!
S T E P 2
Kickoff & Strategy
Our process is very collaborative and we will help you every step of the way. Every project starts with a kick-off meeting which includes an overview of the client portal and Asana where you will be able to track the overall progress of your project and provide feedback. After that, we begin every project with strategy workshops. Questionnaires don’t cut it for us. We don’t expect you to have all the answers. Our job is to help you discover them through our insightful workshops. Together we will dig deep and define the purpose of your project before diving into creative. We will help you brainstorm, research, and plan out a solid strategy through our strategy workshop.
S T E P 3
Creative & Design
Based on your strategy, we will help define the overall creative direction through collaboration and visual boards. We will then get to work developing creative materials to develop the best in-depth concept presentation. Once the concept is approved, we will begin writing, designing, and producing. The client will have a chance to review the final results and make any necessary minor revisions. Every project includes 1 complimentary round of revisions, and additional rounds at an additional fee per round. There’s no cap to revisions because we want to make sure you are happy with the results. Nevertheless, because our process is very intentional and strategic, there’s hardly any revisions necessary.
S T E P 4
Wrap-up & Celebration
After the project is finalized, you will be billed the remaining balance for the project. Upon receipt of your payment, you’ll receive a Wrap-Up Packet along with all final project deliverables which we will go over in our final wrap-up meeting. Then it’s celebration time to appreciate all our hard and beautiful work we’ve created together! You’ll be given the opportunity to book your next package before we consider taking on any new clients. We appreciate your business and want to give you first preference!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I just need a logo, or website, or a solo project?
We do not offer a-la-carte or one-off project services. We only offer comprehensive strategy based creative packages as a flat-rate investment. If you need a logo designed, then you will need to purchase the Brand Strategy Package first which will be the foundation to your Brand Identity Package which includes your brand logo presented in an in-depth brand concept and creative direction for all touchpoints.
What if I already have a brand strategy and just need a brand identity?
That’s great that you have a brand strategy, many businesses don’t! However, not all strategies are created equally. We only offer strategy-based creative through our own brand strategy workshops and workbooks. We have our own brand strategy framework and methodology that helps keep everything cohesive and consistent throughout. Every client must purchase and complete our Brand Strategy Package, even if they have a pre-existing strategy. You can use what you have as a reference, but you’ll have to be open to starting from the beginning and changing your strategy if needed. You will need to purchase and complete the Brand Strategy Package first before proceeding with the Brand Identity Package.
How many rounds of revisions are included in a project?
Every project includes 1 complimentary round of revisions, and additional rounds at an additional fee per round. Fee depends on the amount of work involved. There’s no cap to revisions because we want to make sure you are happy with the results. Our process is designed so that the strategy and creative direction is collaborative and defined before you are presented any creative work. So by the time you are presented with creative concepts, copy, and design, there shouldn’t be any major revisions.
